I first focus on improving conversions/sign-ups. My results: average 20-80%+ improvements after two sessions. It makes no sense to drive traffic until you are capturing traffic.
The next stage is on messaging and PR/marketing/launch planning and implementation.Describe what you have done, what you are doing, and the kinds of things you are interested in.
