Job Description

If you love the world of eCommerce and are passionate about building brands from the ground up, the influencer marketing associate role could be perfect for you. ThirdLove is one of the fastest growing brands in America and we’re looking for someone who is both a self-starter and a team player to join our dynamic growth marketing team. The right candidate is equal parts creative and analytical and has experience driving the acquisition of new customers and improving the retention of current customers through influencer and affiliate programs.

In this role, you’ll have a direct impact on revenue and growth, be a key player in growing the ThirdLove brand, and have exposure to multiple key marketing channels. You will oversee our influencer program from end-to-end, overseeing a seven-figure annual budget, implementing outreach strategies, conducting one-on-one outreach, developing and executing seasonal content campaigns, and driving the repurposing of influencer content across marketing channels. You will have a strong focus on daily results while also developing longer-term tactics and strategies to drive the growth of the business. Most importantly, we want a candidate who has a passion for ThirdLove and driving measurable results on an emerging channel.


Grow a world class paid influencer and affiliate marketing program, owning strategy, execution and growth of both channels
Apply a data-driven approach to the selection of all talent, tools and programs
Proactively recruit bloggers and content partners via one-to-one outreach and implement tools to scale the growth of the channel.
Manage relationships with influencers, affiliate partners, publishers and celebrities
Liaise between brand marketing, merchandising, design and customer experience to coordinate evergreen and product launch storylines and campaigns
Lead all cross-functional efforts to repurpose content across marketing channels - including working with video editors, email strategists, organic social and offline partners
Partner with analytics to continuously assess and optimize marketing spend against growth metrics to ensure profitable growth of the channel.
Oversee a content-only strategy on the affiliate channel and manage all current and incoming affiliate partners.
Pioneer developing the first brand ambassador community for the brand.


2-3 years in marketing, at a lifestyle or fashion brand preferred
Undergraduate degree in Marketing/Communications preferred
Understanding of the influencer marketing space with a focus on meeting CPA targets
Experience in affiliate marketing platforms and with key partners (e.g. RewardStyle, ShopStyle, Impact Radius, ShareASale, LinkShare, SkimLinks, etc)
A keen interest in the digital advertising world—fast-paced and constantly-evolving, fueled by data-driven decisions and a desire to try whatever is new.
Adaptable, fast learner with an eye for details and impeccable communication skills
Equal parts analytical and creative; owning projects from conceptualization to analysis
Strong project/time-management skills, and the ability to multitask between a mix of short-term and long-term projects, involving multiple teams and marketing partners
Proven creative storytelling ability, understanding how to best communicate with our customer
Strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and commitment to continuous improvement
