Who is AirSwap

We are a team of engineers and financial technology experts from a variety of backgrounds across finance and technology. We have a shared goal of creating structure for value transfer and have come together with a shared mission to build a global, decentralized trading network that makes it easy to buy and sell Ethereum tokens in a peer-to-peer fashion. Our advisors include legendary investor Michael Novogratz, prolific venture capitalist Bill Tai, and Joe Lubin, Co-Founder of Ethereum & ConsenSys. We at AirSwap truly aim to build the engine of the new token economy.


Outcomes:

As the AirSwap platform goes live, we are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Manager to help with community and client support. This position will seek, asses, and respond to user questions, concerns, and issues with the AirSwap platform. This role will be responsible for the coordination and execution of customer assistance across multiple time zones including Asia.

Required experience:

—2+ years experience in supporting a high intensity environment, customer service operations, or community management.
—Undergraduate degree or higher.

Required skills + competencies:

—Extremely detail-oriented
—Excellent written and verbal English - Proficiency in Chinese, Korean, or —Japanese desired
—Ability to work Asian business hours
—Actively engage with users to understand and resolve questions, concerns, and issues.
—Ability to prioritize and manage multiple parallel tasks and deadlines
—Experience with software including Zendesk, Excel, Asana, Google Suite, Trello, and Slack.
—Experience in social channels including Telegram, Twitter, and Reddit.
