I'm a autodidact governance entrepreneur in frontier and emerging markets, with a background in design and communications. I worked 7 years for other governments, until I started Bitnation with the aim to disrupt the nation state system- end the geographical apartheid of arbitrary borders.Describe what you have done, what you are doing, and the kinds of things you are interested in.
*Started, grew and sold a multimillion dollar communications and research company with hundreds of employees in Afghanistan.
*Lived and worked 4 years in Afghanistan, 1 year in Libya in the rebel territories throughout the civil war, Egypt during the Arab Spring, France, China, US, Pakistan, Brazil, Indonesia, Ghana, Sweden, and other places. Travelled to more than 50 countries.
*Taught marketing and design at a high school and university in Sweden, and worked as a journalist for 2 years for the biggest Swedish music magazine at the time.
*Has appeared in New York Times, WIRED, BBC, VICE, Huffington Post, Russia Today, Swedish Television, Canal+, TEDx, Google Solve for X, and many other high profile venues.
I'm looking to grow Bitnation into a platform that disrupts the nation state governance oligopoly as we know it, simply through offering cheaper and better DIY governance services, with the help of the blockchain technology.Describe what you're looking for in a company.
