I founded this startup because I find the traditional recruitment business is far from fair for both businesses and candidates! Businesses are paying way to much for services...more and candidates are formed into a job profile and therefore don’t have the opportunity to be themselves (for real). This is a shame! I want to rock the boat a little and make it possible for everyone to find a job that really suits that unique individual. Our software will make the process more fun, fair and efficient!

At Kennedy Van der Laan I was a member of the Pitchdesk, in this role I was responsible for coordinating the pitch processes, writing content for pitches and acquisition presentations...more and advising on pitch / acquisition strategies and account management. I was involved in the implementation of the marketing automation software (and approach). Besides my business development activities I loved designing new marketing materials and visualising workflows and processes.
