I have created a Python/PostgreSQL-based online data-visualization tool for quality control, data exploration, and software testing and development. The system is used primarily for quality assurance on the outputs of an astrophysical data reduction pipeline. When processing is complete, this QA tool is run and a variety of sanity tests are performed to identify possible problems with our data products. Tests which fail are clearly flagged so they can quickly be identified. The display is web-based allowing any newly discovered data problems to be shared among developers. The system is used by two of the largest astrophysical survey projects in the world.
