Job Description

Your responsibilities will include:

● Build out Spruce’s national title production practices and processes, liaising with our underwriters to stay up to date on recent changes

● Review and analyze title search results to clear issues and oversee production of commitments and policies

● Help improve title production workflow by thinking outside the box and providing input and feedback to software engineers developing new production software

● Order and read surveys or additional searches as needed

● Remain up-to-date on underwriting bulletins, risk assessment and procedural changes

About you:

● Minimum of 7 years working for a title insurance company in a national residential production or underwriting role

● A love of technology

● Great communication skills

● Desire to work in a team environment

● Live in NYC or willing to relocate or commute preferred
