The Role

We're looking for a self-motivated individual to join our team, grow our customer base and deliver on their requests.

The job

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by building your own sales strategy and sales pipeline
  • Set up drip campaigns, measure and analyze their results, especially on LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Participate in exciting global projects related to customer communication, engaging and retaining customers and maximizing lifetime value.

Your profile

  • At least 2 years experience as junior / sales rep
  • Comfortable emailing and calling qualified leads
  • Undergraduate degree accepted
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Really good written and spoken English
  • Good written and spoken skills in another language is a plus
  • Eligible to work in Germany
  • Not afraid to learn about new tools and how to use them
  • Basic knowledge of Excel /Google Spreadsheet
  • Be ready to work hard, learn a lot and achieve your goals.
