With agents willing to allocate considerable advertising budgets to reach buyers and renters in a huge market, the revenue/commission opportunity is truly significant.

What are the qualities of our ideal candidate?
To be successful in this role, you should be highly conscientious and professional with the ability to develop a rapport with a wide range of high-value and challenging clients. In addition, you should be disciplined, hard-working, and self-driven, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with people. A university degree is not required, but you should speak Cantonese and have basic-level English reading, writing, and speaking skills.

Duties:

1) Achieve assigned sales targets by hitting new business prospecting, client interaction, pitching goals to drive new business and managing renewal business (60%)

2) Ensure all client interactions are being captured in the company CRM (15%)

3) Manage and respond to client requests for help throughout the year, and pass them on to our customer service team as appropriate (15%)

4) Help to develop inbound sales lead generation tactics, identify areas for improvement in the sales process and our prospecting strategy to help the business grow organically and sustainably (5%)

5) Work with the company COO and technology teams to ensure the correct technology tools are being developed to help the sales team and our clients (5%)
