Content Managment Intern

Spacious, Hong Kong's #1 internet property platform, is looking for a Content Intern to join our Hong Kong team to manage and contribute to our English Content Blog. You will work with a high-quality team of veterans and seasoned startup executives using the latest internet marketing strategies to service clients in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area.

Spacious helps to make finding an apartment online to buy or rent easier and more efficient. Spacious has been providing the best-in-class search experience for property hunters in Greater China with its premium user interface, offering the highest quality listings and data comparisons for more than half a decade. This focus enables Spacious to generate the highest quality enquiries for property agents, developers, etc., who pay to list.

Spacious is a profitable, self-sustaining and proven business that is growing very quickly. We have over 1,000,000+ monthly high-value property searchers visiting our website/mobile app.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Duties:
1) Create a strong content creation strategy that helps drive search engine traffic to the keywords we care about. (35%)
2) Write SEO optimised engaging content in English (35%)
3) Develop a content distribution strategy across our social media platforms Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter pages. (10%)
4) Help with email marketing by creating engaging newsletters that help to drive sales and user traffic (10%)
5) Help manage and monitor content on our platform to ensure it is consistent and presents a strong brand image. (10%)

Qualifications:
• Studying for a degree.
• Previous experience in having written for a blog, a newspaper or some forum.
• Motivated individual with a strong analytical mind
• Strong proven problem-solving skills through university projects and courses.
• Self-driven, motivated, organised, goal-oriented, independent and able to take full ownership and responsibility for actions
Fluency in the English Language is a must.
