The Role

There is an immediate opening for Telesales for a Full-time job in Chennai.

  • Language is known: English, Hindi(Must)
  • Work Experience: 3 to 6 months of TeleSales Internship Experience
  • Diversity: Female

It is full-time work from an office job, no work from home job.

Roles and responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow-up on leads/calls assigned.
  2. Answering customer queries related to the services or products.
  3. Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going i.e by understanding the customer requirements and closing sales.
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with a high closing rate.
  5. Exceptional customer service skills.
  6. A proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone shall be strongly preferred. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

Skill Sets:

  1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  2. Ability to work in a high pressured environment
  3. Highly organized people with the ability to prioritize and multitask
  4. Ability to build rapport and create professional relationships
  5. Good with Excel and handling data

Desired Candidate profile:

  1. Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position.
  2. Build a strong relationship/Trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements and talking the way into a sale conversion.
  3. Answering phones and explaining the product and services.
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with a high sale closing rate.
  5. The candidate should be a graduate.
  6. Shift timing will be between 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM and will be operating 5 days a week from Monday to Friday, Saturday and Sunday fixed OFF.
