This role is responsible for ensuring the success, happiness and growth and Shoppable's client accounts. You will be the main point-of-contract for Shoppable's Enterprise accounts. Your number one goal will be to ensure the success and happiness of Shoppable's partners. You will make sure they are kept up-to-date on Shoppable technologies, reports, and new opportunities. You'll be strategic and creative in ways you and the Shoppable team can help them achieve their goals.
As the main point-of-contact for current client relationships, you'll work with the VP of Sales and Director of Merchant Partnerships to help clients grow their order volume. You'll also work with them to grow their business with Shoppable and renew. You'll also welcome new clients, lead kick-off calls for new clients and work closely with the development team ensure successful launches and on-boarding of new partners.
Your position will be results driven so you should be highly motivated to provide your clients (merchants and retailers) excellent service, customizable relationships and traction increasing strategies.

* BA/SA degree
* 3-5 years experience working in account management
* Excellent written and oral communication skills a must
* Strong organizational skills with ability to work in a very fast paced environment
* Keen attention to detail in all that you do
* Analytical and strategic thinker
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Experience in e-commerce preferred
* Knowledge of experience with affiliate networks a plus
* Must be self-motivated, proactive and a team player
* Other duties as necessary and required
