We are looking for a teammate to help us grow, retain, and delight new members.
• Develop and drive an overarching member growth strategy in conjunction with the product, paid acquisition and marketing teams, to increase member growth.
• Continuously test and improve the onboarding flow experience to optimize conversion through the top of the funnel.
• Work cross-functionally with product, design, support, sales, etc. regularly to support on-going product launches and go-to-market strategies.
• Deep knowledge and experience with A/B testing and optimization, whether for websites or specific services. Keyword research, A/B testing landing pages and rolling them out to different customer segments at scale SOUNDS FUN!
• Manage and deliver our weekly community newsletters and email marketing campaigns.
• Leverage customer insights to develop strategy, positioning, and provide feedback cross-functionally.
• Developed a skill set in paid user acquisition, running (or managing) 3rd party online paid acquisition channels, with a strong focus on Adwords and Facebook ads.
• Familiar with UX Analytics and front-end tools - Google Analytics, Adwords Dashboard. Has worked with click-stream data.
• Ready to learn and grow in a culture of candid feedback and healthy debate. Resourceful and Versatile.
