During more than four decades I continuously create and produce new puzzles; publish original puzzle books; collect, solve, and research puzzles and their multifaceted history; participate in major international puzzle events and gatherings; and seek to encourage young gifted puzzle persons.Describe what you have done, what you are doing, and the kinds of things you are interested in.
I'm a metagrobologist -- one whose life interest is puzzles and puzzling. I created several thousand puzzles of varying types, which often invoke new puzzle principles and have original mathematical, physical, and visual ideas behind them. My puzzles are produced by many puzzle companies, published in books, periodicals, and on the Web. In the co-authorship with other members of our puzzle family, we published several big collections of our original puzzle creations.
I worked on numerous puzzle projects and continue to collaborate with many prominent puzzle designers, mathematicians, and magicians from all over the world. I own a large collection of puzzles and games, and maintain a comprehensive puzzle library and card index. For more than two years, I ran www.puzzles.com.
I'm a co-founder of the unique, family based, puzzle group, Grabarchuk Puzzles, fully devoted to creating innovative puzzles and concepts. One of our latest projects is Puzzlium, a puzzle social network.Describe the most impressive thing you've done.
