We’ve just launched our marketing program here at Sense and our Head of Marketing is looking for her first hire to act as her right hand and support all aspects of our marketing and growth functions! We are looking for a bright, talented, and hungry junior Marketing Associate to help bring Sense’s story to the world. This is a unique opportunity to help set a brand strategy, vigorously test new acquisition channels, nail our messaging and story, and help support Sense’s sales and marketing goals.

Coordinate projects across multiple Marketing disciplines, including Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Brand, PR, and Content
Content: Manage social media accounts and strategy, help shape content such as blogs, email marketing, eBooks, and infographics
Demand Generation: become familiar with different online and offline channels; work with conversion and marketing attribution frameworks, Events and PR: manage and plan our rigorous events and outreach strategy in industry
Support Head of Marketing with all initiatives, projects and contractor/vendor management
Influence product roadmap by looking for customer trends and sharing feedback with Product Management and Sales/CS teams.
Meet deadlines independently, balance multiple projects, and proactively communicate delivery and mitigate issues.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
1-2+ years of related work experience, or new grad with marketing/strategy related internships
A right and left-brained thinker; you’re as comfortable with a blog post as you are digging into conversion numbers.
Passionate and pro-active: a driven, self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
Not afraid to ask why, and say no.
Outstanding verbal and written communications skills.
Superior organizational and time management skills; excellent attention to detail.
Ability to be flexible and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
Previous experience in a marketing function as a startup or rotational program
Experience or passion within recruiting or staffing space is a plus
Familiarity with marketing tools and channels such as LinkedIn, Hubspot, MailChimp, AdWords, etc.
HTML/CSS or design experience a plus!
