Security Scorecard's Sales Operations team supports, enables, and drives our front line sales teams to sell better, faster, and more efficiently. This is a critical role as we design and optimize systems, process and tools to with the goal of advancing our sales operations practice and adding more value to the global sales team.

The Sales Operations Manager reports to our CRO and will bring technical and business acumen, operational and process efficiency, a consultative and customer centric approach and a desire to participate in both strategic and tactical initiatives.


Produce and deliver standard sales reports on a routine basis to support Sales and company's operational initiatives
Support and develop data analysis frameworks that will support daily/weekly/monthly operational reporting and executive dashboards
Extract data (from a variety of sources including Salesforce) and perform detailed data analysis on internal processes and productivity
Create PowerPoint decks for CRO and team as needed
Analysis of booking reports to assist in commissions calculations and review
Create and distribute goal and commission plans for sales org.
Identify data requirements for specific project or report requests. Includes identifying data mapping and definitions required to fulfill requests
Provide and support ad-hoc reporting services for non-standard issues and analyses
Review of legal documentation and contracts while being the liaison between legal and sales
Become strategic partner to all departments within company including Finance, Marketing, People Ops

Experience and Skills

Bachelor’s degree
4+ years of experience in sales operations and/or business systems, preferably in SaaS software/technology
Proven Salesforce subject matter expert with experience creating reports, optimizing processes, training new hires, managing dashboards, and more
Experience building and/or managing a sales operations team
Participation in the development of sales commission plans
Fluency with Excel
Experience with MEDDIC methodology and Impartner a plus
Certified Salesforce Administrator a plus
