1.) Experience performing at a high level previously, where you came up with innovative solutions to make customers happy, improve communication, decrease response time, etc.
2.) Experience using the tools we use:
Intercom - to chat with our users live
Slack - to chat internally with our team
Whiteboards - to map out problems and come up with solutions
Stripe - to manage billing and payments from customers
Social Media - to chat with customers publicly whenever they need help
3.) Great writing/communication skills (this job is all about communication, both written and verbal)
