We (www.samcart.com) are looking for an awesome customer happiness and support rep that can help our customers sell more stuff online using our software.

We need someone who:

- Loves dealing with people
- Loves making them smile
- Can handle helping multiple people at the same time

This isn't your typical boring 9-5 government job, but a real, fun, software start-up looking for an enthusiastic and motivated teammates. We work hard and play hard and want others with the same attitude.

Here's what we need you to have:

1.) Experience performing at a high level previously, where you came up with innovative solutions to make customers happy, improve communication, decrease response time, etc.

2.) Experience using the tools we use:

Intercom - to chat with our users live
Slack - to chat internally with our team
Whiteboards - to map out problems and come up with solutions
Stripe - to manage billing and payments from customers
Social Media - to chat with customers publicly whenever they need help

3.) Great writing/communication skills (this job is all about communication, both written and verbal)

Bonuses Points For:

1.) Familiarity with eCommerce platforms
2.) Knowing what NPS scores are, and how to improve them
3.) Staying on top of current support best practices
