Co-founded a strategic 70 person $10MM project for an international financial institution with regulatory stakeholders. Learned VBA on the fly to design and implement a comprehensive tracking and production system developed to process 18,000 files or 45,000 hours of review - developing all major system components and UI. Led several automation initiatives to ultimately recover 9,000 review hours totaling $1MM client fees through due diligence of system component, SDLC testing, and business process enhancements. Managed project growing pains, launching a satellite office utilized to scale the production team by 50, focusing on the development and management of management processes, a 5-day training program, and over 150 pages of procedural documentation. Throughout the project lifecycle, communicated status, issues, and findings to the client, partners, and members of the Federal Reserve Board and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency – groups of up to 100 individuals.
