The YouTube of 3D content. Discover, Share, Play Anywhere.
What I Do
I'm a founder, a software engineer, a writer, a speaker and a teacher.
Right now, I'm building SIMMER.io--Youtube for WebGL content (games, 3D models, animations and educational software). The tagline is: "Discover, Share, Play Anywhere". With SIMMER, you can embed content all over the web.
I quit my comfortable Software Engineering job to found a company.
I've spoken at several conferences and meetups in San Francisco and elsewhere (HTML5DevConf, Unity Unite, ForwardJS) about technical topics like WebGL and Graphics Programming for the web. I also teach an online course about Chrome Developer Tools at Udemy (...gotta make those diaper dollars for my son).
I've written numerous articles (technical and otherwise) that have been featured places like hackernoon and company blogs of the various places I've worked.
I've helped engineer large web projects such as the HTML5 version Gliffy, and I've developed many console video games in the earlier part of my career.
And now, I'm aiming to bring together all of the web's graphical content with my company, SIMMER.io.
