Job Description


We are looking for a top performing, quota crushing enterprise sales executive who knows how to build key account supply and take Ritual to the next level. You know how to manage a hit list so you are always active, and you are a hunter through and through. You have a balance of sales and strategic skills, combined with the ability to self-direct in a collaborative work environment.

Above all else, if you understand national restaurant chains and their objectives, and can partner with them to build the supply side of our platform across North America, then we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Be passionate and excited about a startup and driving growth at Ritual
Drive growth by achieving and consistently exceeding monthly sales quota
Develop, strategize, negotiate and close business across the Lines of Business, Restaurant, Retail & Quick Service
Conduct outreach calls and in-person meetings with C-suite using a consultative sales approach
Drive acquisition and expansion sales strategy on key national chain accounts
Work with cross functional teams such as sales, management, sales ops and marketing
Be adaptable, professional, and maintain a strong work ethic
Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills
Show strong attention to detail and organization skills


6-15 years experience selling to C-suite execs
University Degree preferred
Contacts in enterprise QSR and retail are a plus
Proven ability to manage multiple, complex sales cycles effectively and concurrently, while attaining and exceeding quarterly targets
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Management of workload effectively with limited supervision
Ability to travel up to 60%
