Hey there! We're looking for entrepreneurial Customer Success Managers to join ReferralCandy, a fast growing venture-backed SaaS startup headquartered in Singapore.

As our Customer Success Manager, you’ll play a key role in building and maintaining great relationships with our clients.

You'll give them product info and solve their problems to put a smile on their faces! :)

We need someone who has excellent communication skills, creative in finding solutions, and passionate about promoting a world class customer experience.

What you'll be doing:

* Own overall relationship with assigned clients.

* Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each assigned client.

* Drive continued value of our products and services.

* Work with clients to establish critical goals, or other key performance indicators and help our clients in achieving their KPI goals.

* Respond to customer service-related issues and sales inquiries via email in a timely, accurate and professional manner

* Research and resolve questions and assist the department with all customer related initiatives

* Improve the quality of the customer interaction and data on a daily basis

* Ensure processes are followed accordingly

* Lead outbound sales calls

* Close inbound sales leads

* Manage live chat

* Entertain ad-hoc phone support calls

Do you have what we need?

* A business degree from top university

* Chat support, call, and email support experience

* Highly conversant in English and can do product demos over the phone or Skype

* Exceptional written communication with no grammatical/spelling errors

* Can handle, train, and grow a world-class Customer Success team while working from home

ReferralCandy helps ecommerce stores increase sales by getting shoppers to refer their friends. Our SaaS app accelerates word-of-mouth referrals for online stores around the world.
