Job Description

Intelerit is a Real Estate Sourcing and Analytics solution for Agents & Brokers. Our platform was designed with the Real Estate Professional in mind to cut the time it takes to find good deals in half. MLS), parcel-level Life Quality Index integration, and financial filtering. We are the only Real Estate Market Intelligence solution that sheds light into where the deals are across every single parceled property, whether listed or off-market, allowing people have access to actionable market analytics to drive tactical decision making, so transactions take seconds instead of months.

Responsibilities

As the Director of Sales, you’ll be working side by side with the CEO and Co-Founders to set the strategy and drive business development using data-driven techniques. We’re looking for a true leader to drive Intelerit’s sales process, operating metrics, organizational design, and daily execution of the sales operating plan. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected with this unique opportunity to craft and execute the operating plans that will allow Intelerit to set a hyper growth trajectory in the market.

What We’ll Be Expecting

● Design, implement, and manage the operational cadence for all functions of the sales organization
● Design, implement, and continuously improve optimal sales coverage and territory models, considering strategic go-to-market priorities.
● Act as subject matter expert to senior leadership on issues relating to sales
● Oversee staff operations, business planning, budget development and expenditures toward achievement of objectives.
● Oversee the competitive positioning of the organization; including the analysis and collection of market data.
● Demand and Lead Generation with a focus on building a strong demand funnel.
● Improve customer lifecycle blueprint
● Own enabling technologies in support of sales organization productivity.
● Manage, develop, and grow the Sales Operations team
● Drive strategic projects/initiatives focused on GTM strategies that are company-wide and require change management and transformational focus
● Track record of supporting worldwide teams in a dynamic SAAS environment.
● Proven ability to scale operations in a business growing 100% annually
● Develop and measure key metrics around the business including user acquisition, conversion rates, engagement rates, LTV, TCV, CAC, MoM, MRR, satisfaction and renewal rates.

A couple of BIG extra points if you:

● Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in Sales, Sales Operations and/or Strategy Consulting
● Have worked in a high-growth / high-risk / high-reward environment, and LOVE it
● Preferably experience with in a technology SaaS company
● Must understand the process to structure a sales organization with the ability to build KPI’s for new sales hires as well as how to track and monitor that.
● Have relationships and sales experience in the Real Estate Industry (particularly in South Florida)
● Proven thought leader with track record of successfully leading major cross organization process/programs, from design to execution
● Are / have-been a licensed Realtor or Broker, and maintain active engagement in the industry
● Have working knowledge of how REITs work and their sales processes
● Have street-smarts sales experience, and you consider yourself a true hustler
● Prior working experience with sales tools

COMPENSATION (up for discussion)

15% from BASE SALARY, 85% from PERFORMANCE COMMISSIONS
Expecting position to yield 100k+ total plus equity
