I underwrite risk for a living. I have made very, very large profits for every company I have ever worked for - year over year. I build relationships with clients that I have developed across the country and locally that I do business with.

Coping with Difficult People; in Business and in Life by Robert Bramson. I read it in college. Everything in that book has helped with business people and relatives. The pages have yellowed, but I still have that book.
