We launched in October 2017, are based in Soho (NY), and our investors backed companies like Glossier, Dollar Shave Club, Warby Parker, Bonobos, Harry's, Casper, and Allbirds. Since our launch we have had a fantastic organic growth that we now want to amplify, and have been featured in the TechCrunch, Allure, HelloGiggles, Marie Claire, WWD, …. YOUR ROLE:
- Responsible for overall strategy, management, measurement and optimization of our performance marketing channels
- Devise, execute and optimize our marketing strategy across online and offline channels to grow revenue and enhance the Prose brand: Paid Social, Paid Search, Direct Mail, OOH, Email, Social Media, and others
- Identify new sources of customer acquisition through emerging platforms, partners, strategies and channels
- Optimize planning and measurement strategies, including the definition of key performance metrics and scorecards to improve customer acquisition, feature engagement and brand awareness metrics
- Continuously improve our core acquisition channels through ads and media testing, and always test new tactics to optimize our CAC (we will never stop you),
- Partner with creative team to develop campaigns, implement rigorous testing programs to optimize performance across creative, media, audience, and channels
- Define and drive our marketing targeting & segmentation strategy, identifying opportunities to differentially engage with key segments of our audience across paid and CRM (site, emails, push)
- Monitor analytics & build comprehensive reporting against plan objectives to inform management,
- Hire and manage a team of savvy channel marketing managers to partner with you

THE ACTIVE INGREDIENTS THAT YOU'RE BRINGING TO THE TEAM...
- 5+ years of direct experience in consumer customer acquisition (i.e. not B2B)
- Channels: paid search, SEO, affiliate, content marketing, social media, email drip campaigns, press, inbound/outbound, direct mail, out-of-home, etc.
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with Facebook Ads Manager and/or similar tools across major advertising channels
- Experience with Iterable, SendGrid and Deliverability monitoring tools such as Return Path or Litmus
- Ability to form cross-functional relationships with the entire organization
- Inspire confidence to work independently and in support of team goals and business objectives
- Analysis skills: Excel, CAC: LTV by cohort, Google Analytics, funnel optimization, Keyword Planner, A/B Testing
- Relentless performance tracker, always tying campaign results to company goals
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and to handle uncertainty, ambiguity and the challenge of quickly evolving goals
- Interest in the beauty/fashion industry and startups is a plus
- Self-starter and ‘get things done-er’
