The Digital Marketing Executive will assist in the planning, execution and optimisation of On-Page SEO, Off-page SEO, SEM and PPC activities. Carry out keyword research and identify target keywords. Monitor keyword rankings and execute on-page and off-page SEO activities to improve rankings. Develop and implement link building strategies. Monitor website performance and update content, architecture, on-page SEO elements, technical SEO elements to improve engagement metrics (bounce rate, session duration, avg. pages per session) and conversion. Execute and optimize PPC campaigns on Google, Facebook and LinkedIn. Optimize landing pages for better conversion. Work with the content and design team to build relevant creative ad copies including text ads, site links and content for display ads and native ads on mobile

Perform daily account management on Facebook Ads/Google Adwords
Create email marketing campaigns to promote products or services
Handle Customer Database and consolidate data with concise analysis for proper segmentation
Execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, and targeting
Monitor keyword bids, monthly and daily budget caps and account metrics
Administer web analytics dashboard, reports, and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of improvement/expansion
Manage large keyword lists, analysing campaign/ad-group/Keyword performance
Handle Facebook advertising (ads creation, ads monitoring, analysis)
Manage all on-site and off-site SEO
Documenting business requirements and expected outcomes, and mapping these to appropriate technology through a vendor/solution approval process;
Align marketing technology with business goals and craft technology enabled digital business models;
Desired Qualification and Background:
An Engineering background with deep appreciation of Marketing;
2+ Years of experience in SEO and SEM. Strong understanding of current SEO/SEM concepts, strategy and best practices. In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google AdWords, SEMRush etc..
Data analysis and presentation skills, including experience deploying self-service capabilities in campaign management and BI tools;
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with demonstrated ability to combine strategic thinking with effective tactical execution;
Experience with email, mobile, web and other digital media and marketing campaign best practices;
Familiarity with the latest marketing technology trends, as well as established best practices;
