Managed the developement from scratch of a live Cargo Tracking platform (8 people squad).

From data sourcing (various types: vessel positions, contracts, port reports; various languages (English, Russian, Chinese, Korean... ; various delivery methods (API, webscrapping, emails...) to data processing (handling million of GPS positions, for 10k+ ships, robust algo making to display live trade balances...) and eventually delivery (web app + API)

Went live within 8 months, first clients 2 months after the launch, generating 1M€ ARR 8 months later, and counting.
