We are a thriving company looking for a local Houstonian and Social Media Enthusiast to join our startup team. We are a payments processing startup disrupting the e-commerce industry and we are looking for a Social Media Moderator to join our Houston team in the next few weeks.
Must be local and be Bilingual (Spanish) and willing to commute to our West Chase office. Work hours will be part-time on-site with the possibility of extended hours over the next month or two.
A love for working online, engaging socially and often via Facebook, and a strong interest in communicating with customers to ensure smooth user customer experiences via online marketing efforts and e-commerce marketplaces is a must.
Must have: previous work experience with social media online marketing projects. E-commerce and/or payments processing a plus.
A quick mindset, adaptability, openness to learn, a willingness to go above and beyond and to think big picture but operate with short-term goals is required. If you enjoy problem solving for online communities and answering customer service inquiries we’ve got a job for you!
You must be active on Social Media. Must be active on at least 2! These four are a plus: Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram and/or Facebook. Skills required: Excel, Slack, Google Docs.
