My partners and I at Dace Ventures all have entrepreneurial and operating backgrounds in delivering growth and exits in software companies (consumer and enterprise). We have relationships spanning the consumer marketing, digital media and mobile services value chains to customers, partners, resellers, ad agencies, networks and carriers. We have connections across our portfolio and personal rolodexes to many of the best known consumer brands in the US. Personally, my DNA is deep as an operator and investor, with experience leading marketing & sales strategy and execution, with added background in product management & technology. I can speak-the-language of a CEO, CMO and CTO all in-depth (where my eyes won't gloss over talking tech). After investing, I roll up my sleeves to contribute in different ways depending on stage of company and experience level of team including areas of: focusing product R&D, marketing plans, business model optimization, recruiting team members in growth-phases, accelerating corpdev to channel partners, intro's to early-adopting customers, collaborating on subsequent fundraising, M&A growth transactions and exits. I often take a Board seat with my investments, but will also invest (and add-value) in strong investment syndicates where I build strong relationships with and confidence in team founders.
