— Drive all growth metrics, including supply, demand, and transaction volume
— Develop, implement, and optimize customer acquisition campaigns across multiple channels, including email, referrals, and content marketing
— Create written materials, including email templates, press releases, sales collateral, and product copywriting
— Collect customer insights and propose growth-supporting product functionality
— 2+ years of growth marketing experience with an impressive metrics-based track record
— Mastery of at least 3-4 growth channels, such as cold email, referrals, content marketing, event marketing, and press.
— Strong copywriting and messaging skills
— Experience in real estate industry
— Experience in driving supply growth for online marketplaces
— Public writing portfolio, e.g., blogging, press releases, case studies
— Experience in product management, customer success, and user analytics
