Co-Founded Tradebooks (tradebooks.co), a proximity-based marketplace for college textbooks, with friends from Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) and the University of Pittsburgh (Pitt). Sole UI/UX designer of the Tradebooks web and mobile web platforms. Developed everything from storyboards to wireframes and detailed high-fidelity designs, also performing heuristic evaluations of the various application screens. Successfully launched Tradebooks at Carnegie Mellon University, University of Pittsburgh and Stanford University with over 200 students signing up and adding over 150 textbooks within the first two months of launch. Sold about $3500 worth of textbooks.
