- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through business development, networking and networking platforms
- Set up meetings with potential clients to understand requirement
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team to achieve better results
- Ensure optimal growth for the company products, in accordance with business targets.
- Provide effective, efficient, professional service and advice to ensure client satisfaction of the highest level.
- Monitor competitive activity and report significant developments to management.
- Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Communicate to and work with the other departments as necessary to resolve unique customer issues/concerns.
- Pipeline Management
- Minimum 2 years of proven work experience as a sales executive
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Previous product sales experience
- Previous experience selling to SME target group
- Good to have an MBA
