After more than 15 years as a landlord and Realtor, I realized apartment renting could be much more efficient by offering qualified applicants on demand-like viewing access....more SHOWPADS is the solution that combines technology with manpower like a ride-share company, using our website and our team of showing agents. Our site markets rentals around the internet, pre-screens renters, coordinates appointments with our agents, and provides applications and credit checks. All for a flat fee to owners.
I'm a creator, a real estate investor, and an entrepreneur. More than anything else, I'm curious. I spent more than 20 years as an Executive producer creating shows for networks like E! Entertainment, A&E and GSN. SHOWPADS is the culmination of my creative experiences and investing in opportunity.
I plan to create a billion dollar company that will exponentially improve the real estate rental and sales experience--while also assisting regular people to graduate from renter to owner. I'm looking for creative, inspired people to join the team and help shake up the world.
