Java JEE or .NET Developer / Architect

What do we require:
Strong knowledge of Java, Databases, SOA principles and Integration patterns.
Thorough understanding of object oriented design & programming
Experience with JEE, Spring, Hibernate, JPA, Web Services, Maven, Gradle, XML, XSL, XPATH, SOAP, REST, MQ, GTPC.
Feeling comfortable in agile/lean environment - Scrum, TDD, pair programming
Getting stuff done and focus on practical, concrete solutions.
