I was the CEO of Ganymede Software (founded in 1995 and sold to Mission Critical/NetIQ in March of 2000). We raised approximately $10 million in venture capital from Canaan Partners, South Atlantic Capital, and Ascent Ventures (and angels). Before being acquired, we had grown to nearly 100 employees and had trailing 12 month revenue of approximately $12 million.
