We provide to people the simplest, tastiest and best catering experience to any event of any size and at any time with no hassle, instantly becoming heroes and offering the greatest experience possible for their attendees.

What You’ll Do:

The General Manager will work closely with our CEO to spearhead our expansion in SF, South bay and more. This role will require you to be comfortable with making impactful decisions that include building and managing our SF team, on-boarding key restaurant partners, find and secure new clients, start and scale operations, and growing revenue.

Our growth is dependent on your success so you should be passionate about MobyDish such that you will not stop until everyone in the US knows about Moby, our catering whale.
You'll be inspiring the team here and leading the market like if it was yours, with transparency.


2+ years of experience in a management role / operations.
Knowledge of how food delivery currently works in SF and the bay
Inherent passion for food and the ability to convey that to potential restaurant partners and customers.
Able to make high pressure decisions quickly.
An eye for talent, and experience building a team from the ground up.
A natural need to be the best at what you do.
A strong appetite for trying new things and think outside of the box.
Be happy by making others happy.
Have an entrepreneurial spirit.
Quick learner, you're a true team player who will care about our team, customers, drivers and partners!
Focus on solutions rather than problems.
Past experience with catering industry a huge plus.
