- Has 2-3 years of selling SaaS, during which you were promoted or given increased responsibility.
- Can navigate an org and involve stakeholders.
- Can identify customer problems and goals
- Can identify and address blockers in a deal

- Persistent
- Loves to learn
- Goes extra mile
- Communicates clearly.
- Thinks critically about ambiguous problems

- Full sales cycle, from sourcing the lead to closing.
- Track sales activities in Salesforce, and generate reports
