The Role

At Metric Tree Labs, we are on the lookout for a lead marketer with proven experience in planning and executing result driven marketing campaigns and strategies through online channels. You will be in charge of attracting site traffic, converting that traffic into new qualified leads for the business and pass on to the sales team who will nurture the leads and close business.

An ideal candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  1. Devise and implement SEO, SEM strategies to generate inbound leads from various channels like websites and social media.
  2. Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.).
  3. Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content.
  4. Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
  5. Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.
  6. Lead and mentor the existing marketing team to generate results.
  7. Plan and manage optimized ads via Google, Facebook and Instagram.

Requirements:

  1. BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
  2. Past experience in similar roles in an IT services/Product development company is a must.
  3. Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
  4. Proficiency in marketing automation and blogging software in order to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers.
  5. Bonus skills: Web front end development skills, Wordpress knowledge, Designing Skills.
