JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for sharp developers who want to grow quickly by taking on challenges as those emerge. We are looking for situational leaders who are ready to become independent and take pride in delighting their clients. Who truly believe that client comes first followed by the team and then the self.
• You will work as a Machine Learning engineer as part of our Document Intelligence platform - KlearStack.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing clear, effective, scalable and quality code as part of our award-winning Intelligent Document Processing platform KlearStack. You will design, develop, test your code, identify errors, and iterate to ensure quality deliverables.
• You will develop back-end components that solve the product requirements and improve responsiveness and overall performance.
• You will be required to Integrate code with the product by working with a version control system.
• You will have an opportunity to improve functionality of existing systems.
• You will get opportunities and should be able to research and implement new approaches and solutions using computer vision, image processing, natural language processing, heuristics etc.
• You should be able to work on end to end product life cycle – right from research, Proof of Concept, development, testing your code to continuously enhancing the product.
• You will need to understand & analyze product roadmap requirements and work on those to deliver timely results.
• You will need to collaborate with rest of the team to achieve the shared goals. Participate in sprint planning and execution. Contribute to brainstorming sessions by bringing new ideas to the table.
• You will need to raise issues and risks as soon as those are encountered. Seek help and participate in brainstorming sessions to resolve these issues/ risks.
• You will need to be ready to identify and take on additional responsibilities as situations unfold.
• You will need to be ready and able to interact with the clients without supervision, if situation so demands.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
• Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology (IT or Computer Science).
• Must have: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Python, numpy, pandas, Keras, Tensorflow, OpenCV, OCR, computer vision and natural language processing
• Need to possess curiosity to understand the big picture of the industry and our product.
• Good command over English Language and good communication skills
• Can independently manage tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Team
• Willing to travel within and outside India for short/ long durations, if the situation demands
