We are looking for a Growth Marketing Associate to join our team. The Mark43 Growth Marketing Associate is a self-starter who is passionate about supporting first responders as well as rapidly gaining a deep understanding of how they buy and their buying criteria. This data-driven role will play a key role in managing multi-channel marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, and lead generation.

What you can expect to work on:
-Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns from planning and budget to targeting, execution, and optimization
-Interface with external trade publications and other social and display advertising partners to place timely, effective digital and print advertising in line with campaign initiatives
-Work hand-in-hand with our web development and copywriting teams to enhance our website for inbound traffic
-Actively A|B test campaigns to maximize traffic, engagement, leads, and cost per lead
-Obsess over the data using tools such as Google Analytics to make specific, actionable recommendations on messaging, creative design, audience, and budget
-Setup and maintain a weekly performance tracking framework for the Marketing team
-Rapidly learn the nuances of marketing in the GovTech industry

What we expect from you
-BA/BS from an accredited college or university, concentrations in Marketing or Advertising preferred
-2+ years experience with paid media campaign execution and budget management
-2+ years experience with multiple ad platforms (Google AdWords, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)
-2+ years experience with SEO keyword research and analysis
-Comfort with or the ability to quickly adapt to the marketing tools in our stack, including Salesforce, SalesLoft, Autopilot, SpyFu, Google Data Studio, WordPress, and Asana
-Understanding of best practices in B2B and B2G marketing
-Passion for supporting law enforcement, first responders, and other government agencies
-Proven history of self-direction, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines in a rapidly changing startup environment
-Coming to work with an open mind and leaving your ego at the door
-Ownership over your own work and a commitment to every part of a task, from big picture to small details
-An attitude that is self-motivated, humble, detail oriented, and committed to quality
