As an early team member and Zazzle's founding Creative Director I set the code standard, built the framework, wrote the style guide, and established the Creative Team to own, design, and implement the top-most layer of Zazzle's application stack. Responsibilities included ownership of the brand identity, visual design, UX design, front-end (HTML/CSS) development/architecture, coordination with some of the world's most recognized brands, and oversight of 3 teams of Visual Designers, Product Designers, and Web Development pros. The Creative Team's successful execution of on/off-site Marketing campaigns were responsible for 10s of millions of dollars in annual revenue and accelerating site traffic. During my tenure Zazzle became one of the Web's most trafficked sites, growing from Alexa N/A to an Alexa 500 company. Zazzle's YOY growth continues at an accelerating pace and has become a highly profitable, world-class company with 17 international domains.
