Managing a mission-driven food and beverage program for 140 employees. Under my guidance, I was able to slash costs by 40% in the first 3 months, maintain strong vendor relationships, create new initiatives and stay within budget while keeping employees satiated, happy and productive.
Creating an after-work songwriting workshop called "Songstarter," wherein I taught and led discussions on topics in pop music and created a safe space for employees to share and give feedback to each other's work. I saw a need for fellow employees who were also frustrated musicians, and created this workshop as a resource which not only gave them new insight into songwriting, but also encouraged bonding between teams, which boosted their morale and created even higher employee engagement in other initiatives as well.
