The Solutions Architect is part of the Technical Services Team at Localytics. Their primary focus will be on the architecture and delivery of custom scoped client work. The Technical Services team provides strategic services to Localytics’ Enterprise customers who want to go above and beyond the product’s offerings. The Solutions Architect is equal parts Subject Matter Expert, Project Manager and Technical Architect.
The Solutions Architect will be responsible for working with Sales to scope the request’s of customers and architect a solution to deliver. They will also work with existing Enterprise customers in an ongoing manner to cover their most complex technical needs.
The Solutions Architect needs to be consultative, client-facing and should be capable of representing Localytics equally well in front of a business and technical audience. If you dabble in code, love to roll up your sleeves AND you own a blazer that fits, this is the job for you.
About this role:
Architect solutions for custom deliverable requests from customers
Delivery of custom Statements of Work and Technical Services Packages purchased by customers
Manage and communicate with external client teams
Lead and participate in RFPs
Work closely with Product and Engineering to assist in the development of feature requests and help influence the roadmap based on customer demand
