ABOUT THE POSITION
Clarifying how LIX works to customers who have questions
Working with customers through channels including, but not limited to, phone, chat, and email
Be a first point of contact to provide usage, setup, and payment assistance to LIX users
Maintain high levels of confidentiality while assisting LIX users
Ensuring our response time is low and all emails get responses
Thorough knowledge and experience with consumer electronics products
2+ years at a consumer products startup providing phone, chat and written customer support required
Ticketing support experience
You are a people person who loves to work with customers to solve their problems
Fluent in English
Fluent in others languages (French,...)
