Job Description

LearnCore is looking for passionate, competitive and creative B2B sales hunters who know how to prospect and close business. As an Account Executive you will shape the future of corporate learning and help make LearnCore a household name. RESPONSIBILITIES
Prospecting new business by conducting research to identify key stakeholders within a target account
Build necessary pipeline to attain key revenue targets
Identify and understand the key business challenges and goals of your clients
Articulate the correct value propositions and messaging through product demonstrations
Prepare and develop sales material such as presentations, proposals, and contracts for potential clients
Navigate through purchasing process and negotiations to secure signed contracts from clients
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of LearnCore solutions
Meet or exceed quarterly sales quota through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities
Employ innovative approaches to attract and influence potential clients
Work with team of Sales Development Representatives to identify and execute a territory plan
Display high levels of energy, drive, adaptability, and business acumen
Collaborate with the entire organization to share ideas and foster an open and collaborative environment

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree required
4+ years of B2B outbound (not "lead-driven") sales experience
Experience in technology sales, Software as a Service (SaaS) model preferred
Experience with true consultative solution selling
Clear and consistent track record of exceeding sales goals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels of stakeholders
Disciplined, passionate, hardworking, and self-driven
Salesforce.com or other CRM experience is a plus
