You’ll be the 2nd hire to join the growth team and work alongside the Growth Lead to optimize conversion funnels, paid user acquisition channels, discover new acquisition opportunities, and scale best practices.
You need to have a strong foundation in growth and have experience in working with online advertising platforms, ideate, conceptualize, plan, prioritize, and execute on growth experiments. This role is perfect for you if you want to challenge yourself and the team to create the next generation of life insurance products. If rolling up your sleeves to execute gives you pause, this is not the right role for you.

-Pull weekly campaign marketing reports and regularly analyze performance
-Work on creative and copy with our creative team to fulfill channel objectives
-Launch and optimize lead nurturing and win-back campaigns
-Manage and optimize cross-channels campaigns towards KPIs on cost per lead and sales
-Work with our writers team on generating content for our blog and develop our social marketing strategy
-Conduct market research to track industry trends and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
