Last start-up - Unwired Technology in 1996. By 2003 company became world’s largest supplier of wireless headphones. Sold company to American Capital Strategies in May 2005
- Developed private label business w/ largest mobile video aftermarket players and OE Tier 1 suppliers. Initially was sole contact to customers (including contact with engineers on technology and QA issues). Set up several levels of pricing for complex distribution matrix
- Invented and led development of wireless technology, WhiteFire® (6 US Patents issued by 2010). First OE implementation of WhiteFire using embedded transmission code began in 2010 in Jaguar XJS, w/ wide adaption by most automakers by 2015
- Headed development of ASIC chip providing huge competitive advantage; hired VP Engineering to supervise day-to-day project ops
- Hired and worked with investment banker to complete sale of company in May 2005
