Key Responsibilities

You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots, and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design.

As part of the solutions team, your primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight.

You will develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.

You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates that suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with the organization’s financial guidelines

Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with the objective of providing high-quality value-adding solutions to customers. Ability to work with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables by refining, analyzing, and structuring relevant data

Awareness of the latest technologies and trends.

One or two industry domain knowledge.

About You

Overall, at least 4+ years of IT work experience, with 2+ years of hands-on experience in Backend technologies (Javascript, Noje.js, Express.js, etc)

Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals and data structures

REST APIs and SOAP web services with JSON and XML payloads and should be comfortable in working with third-party APIs.

Understanding of databases (MongoDB, SQL, etc)

Knowledge of Full stack web development is Plus (MERN stack)

Self-motivated, Strong communication and team building skills.
