QA Engineer

*Mission for this Role: *

Ensure given a feature it is tested fully and document known issues.

*Outcome: *

• There are test cases written to mimic real world business scenarios
• It is not important to get 100% code coverage, but to understand every requirement and get it tested.
• Ensure that the build quality is of highest standard by ensuring that quality during check in.
• Get a culture of Test Infected.

*Competencies: *

• Over 1 years hands on experience in writing test cases
• Understand Test Driven Development
  
• Experience in writing regression test cases.
• Understands FinTech space and can test manually
• Assert the outputs

*Skills: *

• Understand business cases
• Write Acceptance cases of the UserStories
• Understands DataStructures and Algorithms
• Programming in any language with some proficiency
