Competencies:

· Work with banking operations and implementation teams to ensure smooth and seamless customer experience

· Take over from BNPL sales team at the point of credit approval – drive documentation, customer creation, limit set ups, disbursement

· Coordinate between enterprises and bank teams to manage any issues that might be faced on a day to day basis

· Collaborate and review along with onboarding teams to ensure that program roll outs are expedited and completed within timelines

Skills:

· Have in-depth understanding of legal documentation, banking operation processes

· Customer interaction experience would be an advantage

· Good communication skills

· Should be willing to travel extensively
