About the role:

As a Product Manager at Paloma Health, you will work with key stakeholders to manage the big picture of our product development and growth. You’ll create concise, yet, long-term cross-product road-maps. You’ll also develop new applications and increase the functionality of existing applications for our patients and providers.

Our ideal candidate loves to design and build software products and is data-driven, user-focused, and able to work cross-functionally across the entire organization.

What you'll accomplish:

• Collaboration – Be the “hub,” working with and coordinating stakeholders across the company.
• Roadmap – Drive product strategy, maintain vision, and translate that vision into actionable roadmaps.
• Prioritize – Order many different needs while keeping an eye towards cross-product improvements; build what is valuable.
• Help - Be a subject matter expert, disseminate information across the organization, and have strategic influence
• Product Development – Translate the vision into roadmap and user stories, work with on shore and off-shore teams to execute these consistently, rapidly, and effectively.
• Evolve – Expand the platform by designing new products and features.

All that while you'll be helping millions of people lead healthier lives every day!

Ideally, you will have:

• 6+ years in a product management role
• Experience defining projects and requirements, writing functional specs, and coordinating projects across teams
• High-velocity AB Testing or experimentation experience
• Able to partner directly with engineers and designers, demonstrating a technical mindset and a passion for details
• Tech startup experience and experience building mobile apps are a plus
• You work with a sense of empathy for others, both end users and your fellow coworkers
• Willing and excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience working in an Agile environment

Nice to have:

• Experience in both mobile and web design is a plus
• Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries is a plus
• Experience with Figma, Jira is a plus
